Mike Strazzante, PA-C
Michael Strazzante,-PA-C joined us June 2016. He graduated with a Master of Science in PA studies from Rush University in 2014. Prior to joining BJS Michael practiced at an Urgent Care and was the practice manager for the clinic. Prior to his graduate education. Michael worked as a Radiologic Technologist in surgery for several years. He completed his bachelors of science in radiologic science with a clinical concentration in cardiovascular interventional technology and computed tomography. Michael is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, Indiana Association of Physician Assistants, North American Spine Society, American Society of Radiologic Technologists and Indiana Society of Radiologic Technologists. He also still maintains his Radiologic Technologist licensure. He has also maintained his certifications with the American Heart Association with his ACLS and BLS along with carrying a unique special certification as a Certified Medical Examiner.
Kenneth Adams, PA-C
Kenneth B. Adams PA-C joined Bone and Joint Specialists in February 2018. He graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine and Science in June 2017. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2015. Kenneth has also been in the Army for over 14 years. Seven of those years were spent on active duty with overseas tours in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, and Germany. He is a member of the Veteran’s Caucus of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. He maintains his EMT-B, ACLS, and BLS certificates.
Alex Chrzan PA-C
Alex Chrzan PA-C, is our newest member and excited to join the team at Bone and Joint Specialists in September 2018. He graduated with a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in August 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis in December 2015. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and maintains his ACLS and BLS certifications. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, running and biking. He loves seeing all types of injuries, fractures, chronic conditions and working with the latest technology and being able to help patients return to an active lifestyle.
Lisa Raaf, PA-C
Lisa Raaf, PA-C is excited to join the staff of Bone and Joint Specialists! She graduated with her Masters of Science from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in June of 2018. Prior to PA school she worked as an orthopedic medical assistant and attended the University of Notre Dame where she majored in Biological Sciences. In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking, running, skiing and exploring the great outdoors! She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and maintains her ACLS & BLS certifications. She especially enjoys treating fractures and sports injuries and helping patients return to doing the activities they love.
